Do you work with businesses outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. We're based in the Philadelphia area but work 100% remotely with businesses and CPA firms across the US.
How far behind can my books be?
Any amount: a few months or several years. Books Rescue is built for businesses that have fallen behind. Your quote is based on how many months and accounts need work.
Do I need QuickBooks?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it yet, we can set it up for you. If you're on another system or just spreadsheets, ask us and we'll tell you the best path.
Do you do taxes?
We don't file taxes. We get your books clean and tax-ready and work alongside your CPA. If you need a CPA, we can point you to one.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cleanup is a one-time fixed-price project.
How do I pay?
You get a secure online invoice and can pay by ACH bank transfer or card.
Can we talk in Portuguese?
Sim! We work fully in English and Portuguese, so you can talk about your books in the language you're most comfortable with.
Is my financial data safe?
We use read-only or accountant user access wherever possible and never ask for your banking passwords.
